On Friday, 11 September 2015, the 2nd International Congress for the global baking industry took place at the opening of the iba 2015, the world's leading trade fair for the bakery, confectionary and snack food trade. Professionals and industry experts from the international baking sector gathered for an interdisciplinary exchange of ideas.
