The baking industry is extremely varied, and this variety is mirrored by the professions in the industry. Why not find out about these at the Zentralverband (Central Association) information and advice stand in Hall B3? Its representatives, employees and counsellors from the Landesinnungsverbände (state guild associations for the relevant trades), will be available for you to talk to. At the integrated Akademie Deutsches Bäckerhandwerk (ADB – German Bakers' Academy) stand, the instructors and experts will be able to provide you with advice on training and further training in the baking trade.
