Unfortunately, iba 2021 cannot take place in October 2021 as planned and will be postponed. The next trade fair is set to take place in Munich from 22 - 26 October 2023. This is a result of there being no certainty that the trade fair will be able to maintain its international character - a decisive success factor for the event - and the need to provide the industry with a global offer and long-term planning.

iba, as leading trade fair, has been the meeting place for experts of the bakery, pastry, and food service industry trade since 1949. It is the platform for innovations from the entire trade.

iba is THE institution of the baking industry!

Secure your participation at the most important platform for the international baking and confectionery industry. Take part and reach out for success - you too can be a shining star in the incomparable iba universe! The preparations and planning that have already taken place for iba 2021 will be seamlessly transferred to the new date in 2023.
