The new hall layout with five segments makes it possible to address all visitor target groups precisely! The halls offer an even more tailored approach for all visitor target audiences. In terms of space and content, the halls will be partially rearranged into the following five segments:

  • Artisan bakeries
  • Raw materials and ingredients
  • Production technology and equipment
  • Production technology and equipment for long-life baked products
  • Packaging technology

It is the perfect bundling of visitors' central areas of interest!

The new hall layout has been adjusted to the latest market situation, as well as industry feedback. To do justice to variety and transparency simultaneously, and so make the full potential of iba even clearer - such was the aim of the extensively optimised allocation of stand spaces.

We put a greater focus on artisan bakeries. The two halls for artisian bakeries (B3/C3) are perfectly positioned at Entrance North.

This entrance will take artisan bakers straight to the halls specially designed for them.
