STEP 2: FINDING AN EMPTY STAND

  • Open the hall plan that matches your products best  
  • You will find all available stand spaces marked as empty spaces with stand number in the hall plans 
  • Choose an available stand space

STEP 3: REGISTRATION IN THE EXHIBITOR PORTAL OR VIA E-MAIL

  • Register at the iba exhibitor portal 
  • Fill out the following form and request your registration documents 
  • Tell us know which stand you would like to book in the description box „Your message to us"
