THE OCTOBER EDITION

iba.CONNECTING EXPERTS, the virtual knowledge and networking platform, was successfully held for the second time in October! 40 speakers contributed to a unique programme with a total of 2,880 minutes of presentations. There were exciting insights into the participants' areas of interest: they could choose from 13 areas of interest in order to tailor the contents of iba.CONNECTING EXPERTS even better to their personal preferences.

A clear favourite emerged: 54.8% of the participants were interested in "crafts". Close behind were the areas of interest "Raw materials and ingredients" and "Dough preparation", which were selected by 49.1 % and 47.9 % of participants respectively (multiple selection was possible).
