When does set-up and dismantling start and end?

Set-up and dismantling times are as follows:

Set-up iba:
From Tue, October 19th, 2021, 8:00 a.m. to Sat, October 23th, 2021, 6:00 p.m., non-stop.

Dismantling iba:
From Thu, October 28th, 2021, 5:00 p.m. to Mon, November 1st, 2021, 6:00 p.m., non-stop.

Notice: An exhibitor pass for set-up and dismantling is not required!

Where is the exhibitor office and project management?

The right starting point for all exhibitor requirements: The exhibitor office on the atrium side of Hall B2. The project management team will be pleased to assist you.

Where do I find the site plan?

The site plan will be available in good time before iba 2021.

Where do I find a hotel?

Here you will find a comprehensive offer of accommodation meeting your personal criteria. Munich offers hotels and guesthouses of all categories and price ranges.

How do I get to iba?

For suppliers and drivers: To find us using a navigation system, please enter the target-address "An der Point".

Depending on what navigation system you use, you'll find the Fairground Munich in the column "special destinations" under the keywords "exhibition grounds" or "fairground".

Find more information on the ban on truck/lorry traffic, the low emission zone and the requirement of emisssions stickers in Munich as well as your travel by train or plane here.
